Hello and welcome to my blog! I am so excited to finally be sharing this project with you as its something I've been working on for a while now. The idea of starting a blog to document my baking journey first came to me last year, but honestly I was a bit daunted. I kept putting it off because I was nervous about how it would be received. But this year I made it my new year's resolution to finally take the plunge and give it a go, so here I am! I love baking. Mainly I bake cakes, but I am keen to expand my repertoire. I have an endless list of things to try, gleaned from books and blogs alike, as well as some recipe ideas of my own, so my plan is to document them here- successes and failures! This year is going to be particularly exciting for me as I have three wedding cakes booked in. I can't wait to get started and want you to join me. Stay tuned for lots of cake adventures!
